The manufacturing division of North West with its GMP Certification provides the strength and flexibility in serving our customers and ensuring a reliable supply chain with products of the best quality in ensuring customer’s demands are fulfilled in terms of service, quality, and reliable delivery.
Factory Growth
We are grateful to our customers whom we have served diligently throughout the years thus enabling our steady growth from a humble factory in the precinct of Kepong near Kuala Lumpur to our present factory in Glenmarie Industrial Park covering 4 levels exceeding 30,000 square feet of space.
Customer Support and Fulfilment
The manufacturing division is capable to customize products based on market trends with a sense of creativity and innovation in working and enhancing the status or position of customers. In order to maintain a close rapport and ensuring customer needs are fulfilled, North West Enterprise has proudly implemented one of the well-known ERP systems, Infor Syteline for manufacturers. This investment by the Company has enabled a complete system integration from order transacted to stock planning, purchasing, production, quality control, and delivery.
